In this “Tech Travel” column, IEEE Potentials Editorial Board members Catia Bandeiras and Mahshid Iraniparast discuss their international journeys as medical technology (MedTech) students and how the IEEE shaped their careers in the field. Both women are originally from Region 8 and did their graduate studies in the United States.
