Abstract

Medical Licensing Examination is an access for a physician.Its syllabus could be the guidance for medical education.In this paper,we compared the content of the Medical-related criterions and legals in four versions of the Medical Licensing Examination Outline (clinical class),and the changes of the proportion and the type of the items in the examination program.We select some items about Medical-related criterions and legals of the Medical Licensing Examination and test some students,then compare the scores with college graduates of the same medical schools.By the analysis,we hope to elaborate the national claim of legal literacy of a qualified physician,to attach importance to the teaching in Medical-related criterions and legals in medical schools,at the same time,we hope the doctors to enhance their consciousness of the law in their clinical practice.
