The development of the commercial real estate has entered a bottleneck period, we need to propose countermeasures in calm reflection and actively guide it out in the light of its general trend, and eventually entered the shared green road of sustainable development. This article will explore the innovation mode and transformation thinking of the future commercial real estate from two dimensions: the traditional commercial real estate seeking self-breakthrough mode and the new commercial real estate, actively opening up the new path.
