Abstract

This research aims to analyze the influence of work experience, discipline and supervision on teacher performance at SMA Negeri 1 Pakkat. The research method uses a quantitative approach with data collection techniques through questionnaires distributed to teachers at the school. Data were analyzed using regression analysis to identify the extent to which work experience, discipline and supervision contribute to teacher performance. The research results show that work experience has a positive effect on teacher performance, indicating that teachers with longer work experience tend to have better performance. Discipline also makes a positive contribution to teacher performance, emphasizing the importance of implementing rules and regulations in increasing teaching effectiveness. Apart from that, supervision from the school also plays an important role in improving teacher performance.
