The Influence of Modified One-Hole Game Media in Improving Fine Motor Skills in Early Childhood
Fine motor development in children is strongly influenced by children’s play activities, one of which is educational games. There are many types of educational games that can help develop children’s fine motor skills, one of which is the one-hole game. But unfortunately, activities to improve children’s motor development have not been optimized and the frequency is still lower than in previous years. As a result, children’s fine motor development is not optimal. The purpose of this study was to determine how much influence the use of educational game tools one hole game has on the fine motor development of preschool children. This study used quasi experiment with pre and posttest approach with control. Data collection tools using the Developmental Pre-Screening Questionnaire sheet. Data analysis technique using paired-samples t test. The results of the study informed that there was an increase in children’s motor skills after intervention with one hole game in early childhood school in Jugo Village, Jepara Regency. The results showed that the intervention of One Hole Game educational game has a great influence on the fine motor development of preschool children. Conclusion: Based on the results of the study, one hole game has an influence on the fine motor development of preschool children. The implication of this study is that parents need to know the right way to stimulate children’s growth and development, namely with one-hole games that provide many good benefits for early childhood.

Fine motor development is a movement that uses smooth muscles or certain parts of the body that are influenced by learning and practicing opportunities. Delayed fine motor development results in children's development being inappropriate for their age. Overcoming this, need stimulation to improve fine motor skills such as playing a puzzle. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of Educational Games Tools puzzle on fine motor development in children. This type of research is pre-experimental research with one group pre-test post-test design. The sample of this study was children aged 5-6 years in TK Al-Wahdah totaling 45 samples. The instrument of this research used a modified sheet of KPSP fine motor. Analysis of univariate data before being treated to playing puzzles, found that there were 33 children in the appropriate category (73.3%) and 12 people in the unsuitable category (26.7%). After being given therapy playing puzzle children in the appropriate category were 45 people (100.0%). Based on the results of calculations using the Mc Nemar test, a p-value of 0.000 < (0.05) was obtained, and X counted 14.08 >X table 3.841. It can be concluded that there is an effect of puzzle educational game tools on fine motor development in pre-school age children at TK Al-Wahdah Bandung City. For teachers and health centers it is recommended to be able to redevelop puzzle games by stimulating children to use puzzles that are more varied and harmless, and can pay more attention to fine motor development in children in the future.

Introduction: Children's fine motor development is influenced by the use of educational games. There are types of educational games used in stimulating children's fine motor development, including one hole games. But unfortunately in the field, activities that can stimulate children's fine motor development are still not done adequately, in this case the frequency is still less than what is used. So that children's fine motor development becomes less than optimal. Aim: This study is to determine the effect of using educational game tools type one hole game on fine motor development of preschool children. Method: This study used a quasi experiment design with a pretest and posttest design. The sampling technique used purposive sampling of 25 respondents in the one hole game intervention group. Data collection methods using questionnaires and by observation. The assessment uses the DENVER II instrument sheet which is taken from the fine motor measurement aspect. Data analysis used was 2 dependent samples t test and 2 independent samples t test for bivariate. Result: The results prove that there is an effect of educational game intervention type one hole game on fine motor development of preschool children. Conclusion: Based on the results of the study, there is an effect of one hole game on fine motor development. To stimulate children's fine motor development, it is necessary to increase the frequency of games.

Introduction: Fine motor development in early childhood is a key aspect in the development of sensory skills and motor coordination. Playing with plasticine is considered an activity that has the potential to improve children's fine motor skills. Objective: This study aims to observe the effect of playing with plasticine on fine motor development in pre-school children in Kober Thoriqul Jannah. Method: The research was conducted using observation and documentation methods on 30 children aged 4-6 years who were regularly involved in plasticine playing activities for two months. Observations were carried out before, during and after the plasticine play intervention to observe the development of children's fine motor skills. Result: The results of the study showed a significant increase in children's fine motor development after being involved in plasticine play activities. From observations, we can see an increase in the ability to roll, shape and control plasticine with better precision. Conclusion: Playing with plasticine has a positive influence in improving fine motor development in pre-school children. This activity provides the stimuli needed to improve children's fine motor skills in a fun and creative way. This research confirms the important role of playing with plasticine in the development of fine motor skills in early childhood. The practical implications can be the basis for a more targeted play approach in supporting children's development in pre-school educational institutions.

Background. Stimulation of preschool children's fine motor skills needs to be done as a start to writing and drawing. Improving fine motor skills requires stimulation, one of which is to improve the fine motor skills of coloring pictures. Coloring pictures has many benefits, namely as a medium for color recognition, stimulating the sense of sight, and helping to solve problems. This study aims to determine the effect of coloring pictures on the fine motor development of preschool children aged 4-6 years at Dharma Wanita I Werungotok Nganjuk Kindergarten. Research Method. This study used a pre-experimental approach with a one-group pre-post-test design. The study population was pre-school children aged 4-6 years as many as 29 children. The sampling technique used was total sampling. Statistical tests used the Wilcoxon Test with ?? 0.05. Findings. The results showed that of the 29 respondents, the fine motor development of children before coloring pictures was almost half, namely 11 respondents (37.9%) had dubious fine motor development. After the coloring picture was done, most of the 22 respondents (75.9%) had fine motor development according to development. The Wilcoxon test results obtained p value = 0.000 ? ? = 0.05 so that Ha is accepted, meaning that there is an effect of coloring pictures on fine motor development in preschool children aged 4-6 years. Conclusion. Stimulation of coloring pictures is expected to be well implemented so that fine motor development in preschool children can improve in accordance with their age development.

This study aims to determine the extent to which clay modeling activities influence the development of fine motor skills in early childhood. This study uses an observational method by conducting direct surveys of early childhood children, and the data obtained is then compared with the ideal conditions. It was found that 34 children, namely 17 children in the experimental class and 17 children in the control class, had not yet achieved optimal fine motor development. In the experimental class, 76.45% of children and in the control class, 82.35% of children were in the sufficient and needing guidance categories. The low fine motor skills of children in both classes, which were above 75%, were not yet optimally developed, and the lack of stimulation provided caused the aspect of fine motor development in children to not develop optimally, so research was needed to develop the aspect of fine motor development in children at Pertiwi Kindergarten I, Padang City Governor's Office. The researcher conducted a 5W1H analysis to obtain a clear picture of what was happening to the children. The activity of molding clay can develop children's fine motor skills. The activity of molding clay is a strategic solution to stimulate the development of children's fine motor skills

Yuniati's research (2018) at TK At Taqwa Mekarsari Cimahi found that 17 people in the puzzle intervention group found that most of the children before being given a puzzle type educational game, had moderate fine motor skills (64.7%), the rest was (35.3%) ) respondents have low fine motor development. The research objective was to determine the effect of playing puzzle therapy on fine motoric development in pre-school children at TK Tunas Harapan Batokan Kasiman in 2021. This type of research was pre-experimental with a one group pretest-posttest approach. The sample in this study were 15 children. The sampling technique used total sampling. Data collection was by means of observation on February 1, 2021. The data were analyzed univariately and bivariately using statistical test paired samples T-test. The results of the study were the mean fine motor development before being given puzzle playing therapy at TK Tunas Harapan Batokan Kasiman with a mean value of 7.87, standard deviation of 1.246. The average fine motoric development after being given puzzle playing therapy at TK Tunas Harapan Batokan Kasiman with a mean value of 9.93 standard deviation is 1.534. There is an influence on the fine motoric development of children before and after playing puzzle therapy at TK Tunas Harpan Batokan Kasiman in 2021 with a p-value (0,000). The conclusion of the research on playing puzzle therapy can affect fine motor skills in children. It is hoped that puzzle playing therapy can be applied in TK Tunas Harapan Batokan Kasiman. And it is hoped that this research can be developed with other therapies to see the fine motor development of pre-school children.

Preschoolers are children aged between 3-6 years. In this age, children are undergoing the process of growth and development that is very rapid and important for the process of further developments. In the initial survey, it was obtained a few preschool children experiencing fine motor development suspect. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of finger painting on fine motor development of preschool children in Sartika 1 Sumurgenuk kindergarten Babat Lamongan. This study used a pre-experimental design with the approach of one-group pre-post test design and statistical analysis procedures using the Wilcoxon Sign Rank Test with significance level of p<0.05 using SPSS 16.0. The population was all preschoolers in Sartika 1 Sumurgenuk kindergarten Babat Lamongan as many as 47 children and the sample was 42 children. The results showed that almost all children have normal fine motor development after being given finger painting, with a value of p = 0.001 where p><0.05, H1 was accepted meaning that there was influence of finger painting on the development of fine motor skills of preschoolers in Sartika 1 Sumurgenuk kindergarten Babat Lamongan. It is hope that the educators of preschoolers can suggest finger painting activities as a method to develop and improve fine motor development of children. Background: The high number of children who have fine motor skills that are not appropriate for their age is 38.9% in PAUD KB Pancasila because there are still many parents who do not understand fine motor skills that are appropriate for their child's age and also they do not stimulate their children's abilities. The first five years of growth are usually called the golden age, the window of opportunity, and the critical period. Children aged 0-5 years, the development of intelligence increases by about 50% and in children aged 6-8 years it increases by up to 80%. Objective: To find out the effect of mosaic technique on fine motor development of preschool children 3-4 years old at PAUD Ciomas, Serang Regency, Banten, for the period of July 2022. Methodology: The research design used was quasi-experimental with one group pretest and posttest design. The population in this study were children aged 3-4 years who attended PAUD Ciomas totaling 126 respondents. This research will be conducted in PAUD Ciomas Serang. The time of the research will be carried out in July 2022. Result of research: It is known that the average result of fine motor development of children aged 3-4 years before being given the mosaic technique is 5.4. The average result of fine motor development of children aged 3-4 years after being given the mosaic technique is 9.5. There was an increase in the fine motor development of children aged 3-4 years after being given the mosaic technique as much as 3.9. Conclusion: Based on the different test results of fine motor development of children aged 3-4 years before and after doing the mosaic technique, a significant value was obtained 0.000 <0.05, meaning that there were changes in the fine motor development of children aged 3-4 years before and after doing the mosaic technique. Suggestion: It is hoped that all health workers will provide more counseling about the development and growth of children according to their age. And it is hoped that routinely in holding posyandu.

Excellent motor development is that the improvement of children's movements that use little muscles or solely bound body elements. Hidayat (2005) said that the development of preschool age children includes aspects of gross and excellent motor skills, language and social adaptation. The development of this aspect can be stimulated, one of which is the use of Educational Game Tools. The purpose of this research was to establish the effectiveness of using educational games to stimulate excellent motor development in preschool children at TKIT Bunayya Lhokseumawe.
 The method used in this research is Semi Experiment with a population of 152 TKIT Bunayya students. The sampling technique used is the Arbitrary Testing technique, with a total of 20 respondents who were given stimulation at the time of information collection. The data collection was carried out on 27 to 31 August 2018. The information from this study was processed using the dependent t-test of educational game variables and fine motor development in preschool children.
 The results showed that the use of educational games was effective in stimulating fine motor development in preschool children with p-esteem = 0.000 < (0.05). It is recommended to use educational game tools to stimulate motor development in children according to their developmental age. For other researchers, it is better to use other game tools to stimulate development and can develop this research with a large number of samples and have a control group.

Delays in the development of fine motor skills in early childhood make children less confident and creative, this occurs due to a lack of effort due to excessive parental protection. Pre-school children are called the golden age, it is important to provide the right stimulation in order to support the development of children's fine motor skills which include hand muscles and can focus the child's vision in an optimal way. This study aims to determine the effect of puzzle gamesoon the fineamotor development ofuchildren aged 3-5 years at KB Aisyiyah 27 Surabaya. This study uses a quantitative method with a pre-experimental approach. The research population consisted of 52 children in groups A and B, and the research sample amounted to 30 respondents using the purposive sampling technique. Variables of fine motor development in children aged 3-5 years observed with the DDST II instrument. The results of the study showed that almost all respondents experienced fine motor delays (delayed) before being given puzzle game therapy as many as 23 respondents (77%). After being given puzzle game therapy, almost all respondents experienced an increase in fineamotor developmentawith a norm7al category of 28 (93%) while the caution category was 2 respondents (7%). From the results of the Wilcoxon test , the value of p = 0.000 (p < α = 0.05) was obtained, then H1 was accepted. This means that there is an influence of puzzle games on the fine motor development of children aged 3-5 years at the Aisyiyah 27 Surabaya KB (Play Group). Theaanalysis ofathis istudy uses the Wilcoxon test from SPSS VERSION 26 software. Puzzle games include correctly fixing images according to their shape, color and size to stimulate fine motor development in developing intelligence and problem-solving skills. Background: Children are individuals under the age of 18, including those still in the womb, and who are not yet married. Motor delays in children are a serious problem that can have long-term effects on their physical and mental development. Coloring therapy can help improve understanding and memory in children. Fine motor skills are necessary for daily life, involving control and coordination of the small muscles in the hands and fingers. These skills include activities such as writing, drawing, cutting with scissors, and buttoning clothes. Purpose: To determine the implementation of coloring therapy on fine motor development in children. Method: A descriptive design using case study analysis and a case study approach to describe the results of nursing care on the implementation of coloring therapy on fine motor development in children. Results: The results of implementing coloring therapy on fine motor development in children show the results of coloring therapy intervention on fine motor development in children that have been studied. Conclusion: Children's fine motor skills are also influenced by stimulation. Interviews with parents and teachers revealed that parents never provided stimulation for their children's fine motor development at home and allowed their children to play as they pleased. Suggestion: It is hoped that this study will broaden the insight and increase the knowledge of parents and children regarding the importance of fine motor skills in children.

Early childhood is a very important period to provide stimulation so that children's growth and development becomes optimal. Fine motor development is one aspect of development in children that must receive stimulation. Fine motor development is related to a child's ability to carry out activities involving small muscles that require coordination between the eyes, hands and brain as the control center. As a facilitator in the learning process the teacher must be able to choose the right strategy to achieve the learning objectives. Strategy is something that is prepared to achieve certain goals. This research uses a qualitative approach with a qualitative descriptive research type. Data collection techniques are observation, interviews and documentation. The data analysis technique uses the Miles and Huberman concept, namely through data reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusions from research. The results of the research found that: 1) The fine motor skills of young children at TK Muslimat NU 001 Ponorogo have developed well. 2) Strategies used by teachers in training fine motor skills in early childhood at Muslimat NU 001 Ponorogo Kindergarten 1) Introduction of colors to children carried out by teachers; 2) Teach children good and correct coloring techniques; 3) Guide, give examples and provide explanations directly in front of the child.

In general, every child has different abilities in reaching the stages of motor development, especially fine motor skills. However, not infrequently there are delays or disturbances in its development. Optimal occupational therapy is expected to have an important influence on delays in fine motor development in children. This study aims to determine the effect of occupational therapy on fine motor development in children with special needs in SLB Negeri 1 Makassar. This research is a quantitative research with the type of pre-experimental design research using a one group pretest-posttest research design. The determination of the sample using purposive random sampling method in accordance with predetermined criteria with a sample of 32 respondents. This study used a paired sample t-test statistic with a significance level (ρ < 0.05). From the results of research that has been done, it was found that occupational therapy had an effect on fine motor development ( = 0.001). Based on the results of the study, it showed that there was an effect of occupational therapy on fine motor development in children with special needs in SLB Negeri 1 Makassar. It is recommended that parents who have children with special needs provide occupational therapy independently and continuously or take children to therapists to improve fine motor development in children.

Background: The growth and development of children in Indonesia requires serious attention, because delays in growth and development are still quite high, namely around 5-10% of children experience general delays. Children who receive targeted stimulation can develop more quickly than children who receive less stimulation. Therefore, providing stimulation is very important to optimize children's fine motor development. One way to overcome delays in fine motor development in preschool children is to learn through play. Puzzles are a type of game that improves thinking skills, makes it easier for children to remember and understand concepts, and increases children's creativity. Purpose: To determine the effectiveness of playing puzzles on the fine motor development of children aged 5-6 years. Method: This type of research uses descriptive qualitative research, this research uses descriptive research methods in the form of case studies with a Nursing Care approach, which includes assessment, nursing diagnosis, planning, implementation and evaluation. The research was conducted at the Bussaina Orphanage in Bandar Lampung in April-May 2024 on two patients, namely An. S and An. Y. Data analysis was carried out by comprehensive data collection. Data interpretation has two narrow and limited aspects, namely only the research questions answered by the data obtained. Result: The results of nursing data analysis on patient An.S who was only able to carry out 6 out of 20 fine motor assessments of toddlers so he was said to be experiencing growth and development disorders. Apart from that, patient An.Y also experienced growth and development disorders because he could only carry out 8 of the 20 assessments in the research conducted. After providing nursing care for 4 meetings, at the last meeting, patient An.S (49 months) showed enjoyment in playing puzzles and actively answering known pictures. In addition, the evaluation results of patient An.Y (50 months) show that it is now easier to play puzzles and participate in therapy actively and expressively. Conclusion: Puzzle games given to children aged 5 to 6 years have proven to be effective in improving children's fine motor development. Suggestion: It is hoped that the Bussaina Orphanage in Bandar Lampung can provide and utilize puzzle playing media to improve the fine motor development of children in the orphanage. Pendahuluan : Tumbuh kembang anak di Indonesia memerlukan perhatian serius, karena keterlambatan tumbuh kembang masih cukup tinggi yaitu sekitar 5-10% anak mengalami keterlambatan umum. Anak yang mendapat stimulasi tepat sasaran dapat berkembang lebih cepat dibandingkan anak yang mendapat stimulasi lebih sedikit. Oleh karena itu pemberian stimulasi sangat penting untuk mengoptimalkan perkembangan motorik halus anak. Salah satu cara mengatasi keterlambatan perkembangan motorik halus pada anak prasekolah adalah dengan belajar melalui bermain. Puzzle merupakan salah satu jenis permainan yang meningkatkan kemampuan berpikir, memudahkan anak mengingat dan memahami konsep, serta meningkatkan kreativitas anak. Tujuan : Untuk mengetahui efektivitas bermain puzzle terhadap perkembangan motorik halus anak usia 5-6 tahun. Metode : Jenis penelitian ini menggunakan penelitian deskriptif kualitatif, penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian deskriptif dalam bentuk studi kasus dengan pendekatan Asuhan Keperawatan, yang meliputi pengkajian, diagnosa keperawatan, perencanaan, pelaksanaan, dan evaluasi. Penelitian dilakukan di Panti Asuhan Bussaina Bandar Lampung pada bulan April-Mei 2024 pada dua pasien yaitu An. S dan An. Y. Analisis data dilakukan dengan pengumpulan data secara menyeluruh. Penafsiran data mempunyai dua aspek yang sempit dan terbatas, yaitu hanya pada pertanyaan penelitian yang dijawab oleh data yang diperoleh. Hasil : Hasil analisa data keperawatan pada pasien An.S yang hanya dapat melakukan 6 dari 20 penilaian motorik halus balita sehingga dikatakan mengalami gangguan tumbuh kembang. Selain itu, pasien An.Y juga mengalami gangguan tumbuh kembang karena hanya dapat melakukan 8 dari 20 penilaian dalam penelitian yang dilakukan. Setelah menjalani asuhan keperawatan selama 4 pertemuan, pada pertemuan terakhir pasien An.S (49 bulan) menunjukkan rasa senang bermain puzzle dan dengan aktif menjawab gambar yang diketahui. Selain itu, hasil evaluasi pasien An.Y (50 bulan) menunjukkan sekarang lebih mudah memainkan puzzle dan mengikuti terapi dengan aktif dan ekspresif. Simpulan: Permainan puzzle yang diberikan kepada anak usia 5 sampai 6 tahun terbukti efektif dalam peningkatan perkembangan motorik halus anak. Saran: Panti Asuhan Bussaina Bandar Lampung diharapkan dapat menyediakan dan memanfaat media bermain puzzle untuk meningkatkan perkembangan motorik halus anak di panti.  In improving the fine motoric quality of Early Childhood, teachers must have high creativity in conveying learning by using activities that make children motivated and eager to learn. One of them is with weaving activities which have the aim of improving fine motor skills in early childhood. This study uses qualitative methods and is descriptive with data collection techniques by observation, interviews, purpose of this study was to determine the development of children's fine motor skills through weaving mats and mangoes in kindergarten. Aisyiyah Bustanul Athfal 05 Medan. The results of the study show that children's fine motor development can develop through this weaving activity. Although still need guidance and direction from the teacher. And it is hoped that kindergarten teachers After this research is carried out, it is necessary to have an in-depth teaching intensity for children's motor development in the school. One of them is by using weaving activities and not sticking to the diary at school.
