Abstract

Purpose of this research is to explore the association between work-life balance policies and deviant workplace behavior. For this purpose a survey was conducted from 282 employees of several organizations in Karachi Pakistan. Results show that all dimensions of work life balance except personal commitment have significant influence on deviant workplace behavior. This research provides insight on that area of study which is not yet investigated and tested in Pakistan. The limitation of study is sample population taken from one area of Pakistan that is Karachi, limiting fully generalizability of the current findings.
