Abstract

Editor’s Note Pictorial representation of a subject enhances understanding. Graphical thinking enhances an individual’s memory, as images enable the learners to understand the complex information with ease. With help of high quality images, the medical and clinical personnel can analyze the patient’s condition and provide accurate information for quick and efficient diagnosis, therapy and cure. International Journal of Clinical & Medical Imaging is an open access online imaging journal that publishes Images, power point presentations, flow charts, e-posters, case blogs and graphical abstracts of high quality related to discoveries and inventions in the clinical and medical sciences. In the present volume 3 of issue 6, case blogs and clinical images of high quality were published. Authors Shunmugavelu et al., Yakar et al., Kumar et al., Nakabayashi et al., Sisodiya et al., and Shunmugavelu have contributed case blogs on lobular caplillary haemangioma, chemical pneumonia, variant angina, distal stenting, urethral meatal stone, and horizontally impacted mandibulars respectively, while Meenakshi et al. described about an unusual case of a leech in the nose [1-3,6-9,10]. Mund et al. made a power point presentation on the role of miRNA in treating Acute Myeloid Leukemia (AML). Nai et al., Baba et al. and Deepak et al. submitted high quality clinical images of temporal artery pseudoaneurysm repair, torsion of the gallbladder and knee swelling respectively [5,11]. The published articles are helpful for the better understanding of the concept to the aspiring doctors for the diagnosis. They are equally useful for the researchers and academicians in their respective fields of research and teaching.
