The Impact of Customer Testimonials and Brand Trust in Women's Hijab Repurchase Intention in Cirebon
Background: The hijab industry in Indonesia is rapidly growing, leading to intense online and offline competition between brands.Purpose: This study measures Repurchase Intention based on customer testimonials and brand trust in hijab products marketed through TikTok Shop, Shopee, Lazada, Bukalapak, and other marketplaces.Design/methodology/approach: This study used a quantitative method with data from 400 female hijab users aged 15–24 years in Cirebon. Owing to its strength in complex model analysis, SEM-PLS was applied to analyze the effect of customer testimonials and brand trust on repurchase intention.Findings/Results: This study indicates that customer testimonials and brand trust positively influence repurchase intention for hijab products in Cirebon. The impact of customer testimonials on repurchase intention had a coefficient of 0.400, whereas brand trust demonstrated a more substantial influence with a coefficient of 0.417. The findings suggest that brand trust has a more significant impact on encouraging repurchase behaviour than customer testimonials. These results underscore the importance of building strong brand trust through consistent product quality, excellent customer service, and positive brand reputation. For hijab business owners, effective marketing strategies should generate positive customer testimonials and ensure that the customer experience aligns with the brand’s promises. By consistently delivering quality and maintaining reliable service, businesses can foster consumer trust, enhance customer loyalty, and sustain repurchase intentions over the long term.Conclusion: These two independent variables simultaneously drive Repurchase Intention for hijab products. Brand Trust had a more substantial influence on the intention to repurchase the hijab.Originality/value (State of the art): Consumers trust brands for various reasons, including good product or service quality and brand reputation. The purpose of this study is to examine the influence of e-service quality and brand trust on repurchase intention of Luxcrime products on the Shopee e-commerce platform. The object of this study is the Luxcrime Official Store on Shopee, with the observation unit being consumers who shop at the store. E-Service Quality has a positive and significant effect on Repurchase Intention, proving that a fast, easy, and responsive digital service experience plays an important role in shaping consumer loyalty. The better the service quality perceived by consumers, the higher the likelihood they will repurchase Luxcrime products through Shopee. Brand Trust has a positive and significant effect on Repurchase Intention. Consumer trust in the quality, reputation, and consistency of the Luxcrime brand is a crucial factor in shaping repurchase decisions. This trust strengthens positive perceptions and reduces doubts about the risks of purchasing beauty products online. E-Service Quality and Brand Trust on Repurchase Intention: Simultaneously, E-Service Quality and Brand Trust have a very significant influence on Repurchase Intention, this emphasizes the importance of an integrated strategy in managing digital service quality and strengthening brand identity to maintain customer loyalty on e-commerce platforms.

Repurchase intention is a commitment of a customer formed as a consumer purchases a product or service. Many factors influencing repurchase intention, including the E-Word of Mouth (E_WOM), brand image and brand trust. E-WOM is an effective tool for building brand awareness, creating hype in the market, influencing purchasing decision and developing brand loyalty. Brand image is a description of association of consumer beliefs in a particular brand. Brand Trust is a customer's desire to rely on a brand at any cost. The present study is a survey using an associative quantitative approach aimed at determiniong the effect of E-WOM and brand image on repurchase intention moderated by brand trust. The population of the study included all customers of Garuda Indonesia airline who have used the airline in the past year, especially the Garuda Indonesia Medan, which amounted to 36,000 during 2019. The sampling method used a sample formula with certain criteria so that were 100 samples. The data collection method used a questionnaire. Data analysis used path analysis. The results of the the study showm that E-WOM has a significant effect on Brand Trust. Brand Image has a significant influence on Brand Trust. Brand Trust has a significant positive effect on the Repurchase Intention variable. E-WOM has a significant positive effect on variable Repurchase Intention. Brand Image has a significant effect on the Repurchase Intention variable through Brand Trust. E-WOM has a significant positive effect on variable Repurchase Intention through Brand Trust. Brand Image has a significant effect on the Repurchase Intention. In other words, Brand Trust is proven to moderate the influence of Brand Trust on Repurchase Intention. It is recommended that Garuda Indonesia Airlines provide consistent, fast and quality service so that it gets positive reviews from customers which will increase Repurchase Intention of Garuda Indonesia flight tickets. Background of this research is consumer distrust toward Nokia windows phone. The 3 reasons why consumers d idn’t believe n okia windows phone , are as follows : first, Lumia series that exist today can’t be upgraded to Windows Phone 8. Second, If Nokia was later launched a new handset based on Windows Phone 8, they may not be able to compete with iPhone and Android. And the last is, factor of current technological developments Nokia is also contributed to a lack of consumer trust or even believe in Nokia.This study aims to determine whether the brand reputation, brand competence, and brand liking affect trust in brand in Nokia windows phon e consumer at Surabaya and analyze the most dominant factor in influencing the trust in brand in Nokia windows phon e consumer at Surabaya. The population in this study are the users and ex-users of windows phone Nokia in Surabaya. Samples taken were 96 respondents. Data was collected using a survey method through questionnaires filled out by consumers. Then the data analyzed by using multiple linier regression analysis. Based on the results of the study, brand liking ha s the most effect on trust in the brand. Followed by a brand competence. T h e brand reputation have least influence on trust in a brand . Then though the F Test can be seen that the independent variables feasible to test the dependent variable (trust in brand). Figures Adjusted R Square of 0,657 indicates that 65,7% trust in brand can be explained by brand reputation, brand competence, and brand liking. This research investigates the influence of brand image and celebrity endorsers on repurchase intention, highlighting brand trust as a mediating variable. Conducted among consumers of Noera Collagen Drink on the Malang City TikTok Shop platform, the study employs a descriptive quantitative research approach. The target market consists of consumers who have previously purchased Noera Collagen Drink through the TikTok Shop application and reside in Malang City. A purposive sampling method selected a sample of 100 respondents, with data collected through an online questionnaire via Google Forms. The analysis was performed using SEM PLS in SmartPLS. The findings reveal several significant positive relationships: brand image significantly boosts repurchase intention, celebrity endorsers effectively enhance repurchase intention, and both brand image and celebrity endorsers positively influence brand trust. Furthermore, brand trust is shown to significantly elevate repurchase intention, while brand image and celebrity endorsers affect repurchase intention through the mediation of brand trust. The implications of these findings are crucial for marketing strategies. Organizations should prioritize enhancing their brand image through consistent quality, effective messaging, and emotional connection with consumers. Moreover, selecting the right celebrity endorsers who resonate with the target audience can strengthen brand trust and drive repurchase intentions. The strategic alignment between brand image, celebrity endorsement, and brand trust can lead to increased customer loyalty and repeat business. Additionally, the study underscores the importance of building strong trust relationships with consumers, which can be achieved through transparent communication and engagement. By focusing on these aspects, companies can cultivate a loyal customer base, ultimately enhancing their competitive advantage in the market. Employing these insights can lead to more effective marketing strategies, ensuring that organizations not only attract new customers but also retain existing ones through increased repurchase intentions.

This research aims to examine the significant effects of Price, Brand Image, and Product Quality on Repurchase Intention with Brand Trust as an intervening variable for Eiger products in Surabaya City. The sampling technique used was purposive sampling, resulting in a sample size of 75 consumers of Eiger products in Surabaya. This research is explanatory research with a quantitative approach. Data collection was conducted through online questionnaires distributed via Google Forms. Data analysis was performed using Partial Least Square. The results show that the direct effects are as follows: price has a positive and significant effect on brand trust; price has a positive and significant effect on repurchase intention; brand image has a positive and significant effect on brand trust; brand image has a positive and significant effect on repurchase intention; product quality has a positive and significant effect on brand trust; product quality has a positive and significant effect on repurchase intention; and brand trust has a positive and significant effect on repurchase intention. Additionally, the indirect effects indicate that price, brand image, and product quality positively and significantly influence repurchase intention through brand trust.

 The purpose of this study was to analyze the effect of product quality and brand trust on repurchase intention through customer satisfaction as an intervening variable in Something beauty products. This study used a quantitative method by distributing questionnaires online to 100 respondents. The population in this study involves consumers who have repeatedly purchased products from Something in 2022. Based on data analysis techniques using validity tests, reliability tests, classical assumption tests, statistical tests and hypothesis tests using path analysis and Sobel test analysis with the help of data processing programs using SPSS for windows version 25. The results of this study are 1) Product Quality has a positive and insignificant effect on repurchase intention of Something products 2) Brand Trust has a negative and insignificant effect on repurchase intention of Something products. 3) Product Quality has a positive and significant impact on customer satisfaction of Something's product. 4) Brand Trust has a positive and significant influence on customer satisfaction of Something products. 5) Customer satisfaction has a positive and significant effect on repurchase intention of Something's product. 6) Product Quality has a positive and significant influence on repurchase intention through Customer Satisfaction of Something product. 7) Brand Trust has a negative and insignificant effect on repurchase intention through Customer Satisfaction of Something products.

The consumption of coffee in Indonesia has been on the rise, evidenced by the increasing number of coffee shops. Janji Jiwa, one of the coffee shops, has expanded its outlets. However, there has been a decrease in sales, leading to the closure of one of its outlets in Banda Aceh city. This study aims to investigate the factors that influence repurchase intention at Janji Jiwa in Banda Aceh City. The variables being examined are price, product quality, store atmosphere, social media marketing, and brand trust as a mediating variable. The study focuses on the residents of Banda Aceh city, with a sample size of 404 respondents selected using the purposive sampling technique. Data is collected through the use of questionnaires, and the data analysis technique involves conducting SEM-PLS. The findings indicate that the factors of price, product quality, and store atmosphere do not affect repurchase intention. However, social media marketing and brand trust have an impact on repurchase intention. Collectively, all independent variables influence brand trust. The brand trust serves as a full mediator on price, product quality, and store atmosphere effect on repurchase intention. Additionally, brand trust partially mediates the social media marketing effect on repurchase intention.

This study aims to examine the influence of Word of Mouth, Brand Trust, and product quality on repurchase intention at Bumi Bali Supplier. The research employed a quantitative approach with a purposive sampling technique, involving 100 consumers who had made purchases at Bumi Bali Supplier more than once. Data were collected through questionnaires and analyzed using multiple linear regression analysis. The results show that Word of Mouth has a positive and significant effect on repurchase intention (β=0.316, p=0.000). Brand Trust also has a positive and significant effect on repurchase intention (β=0.246, p=0.006). Product quality has a positive and significant effect on repurchase intention (β=0.186, p=0.013). Simultaneously, Word of Mouth, Brand Trust, and product quality have a significant effect on repurchase intention (F=246.342, p=0.000) with a coefficient of determination (R²) of 88.5%. These findings indicate that companies should focus on improving positive Word of Mouth, building Brand Trust, and maintaining product quality to increase customer repurchase intention.

This study aims to identify the relationship between product innovation and lifestyle on brand trust, customer satisfaction and repurchase intention at Pizza Hut Restaurants in the West Jakarta area. The population in this study were all Pizza Hut Restaurant customers in the West Jakarta area. This study involved 230 respondents who were collected using questionnaire distribution with purposive sampling technique. The requirement for purposive sampling is that customers have visited Pizza Hut Restaurants in the West Jakarta Area, at least twice. Data analysis was carried out using Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) with the help of Smart-PLS software. The results of this study indicate a significant influence between product innovation on brand trust, customer satisfaction and repurchase intention. In addition, lifestyle also influences and has a significant impact on brand trust, customer satisfaction and repurchase interest. Brand trust has a significant influence on customer satisfaction. Customer satisfaction also has a significant impact on repurchase intention. As a result, it is important to maintain trust in consumers in an effort to improve purchasing decisions. Therefore, it is important to maintain brand trust and satisfaction in an effort to increase repurchase interest. Because the higher the level of customer trust and satisfaction with a brand, the higher their interest in making repeat purchases.

This study tried to verify the influence how the brand images and brand trusts affect on the service quality and the repurchase intentions. And how the service quality affect on repurchase intentions. These are essential factors for the customers to evaluate service in experience to the hotel restaurants and retaining customers on the managerial perspective. Also, the practical analysis has been done by customers who had ever used hotel restaurants located in Seoul to cross-check how to affect mediating effects of service quality on the relationship between brand images, brand trusts and repurchase intentions. In total, 300 questionnaires were distributed and 274 valid and complete questionnairs were collected for empirical data analysis. The data collected was analyzed utilizing SPSS 18.0 to identify the role of service quality as a mediator. The results of the practical analysis discovered that the brand images, brand trusts and the service quality make an influence on repurchase intentions and the service quality affect mediating effects on the relationship between brand images, brand trusts and repurchase intentions. The results of this analysis suggest that brand image and brand trust in the hotel restaurant may have a direct impact on the road to repurchase, but this is a result of providing a new implication that the quality of service leads to repurchase. The ultimate results of this study brings up the new direction in ways the management of marketing strategy management in the hotel firms.

The purpose of this study is to determine whether service quality, brand image, brand trust, and flight experience have influence towards repurchase intention in using Lion Air. This study is using quantitative method with 7 Likert-scale, from strongly disagree to strongly agree. The statements are adopted from various prior research. The data was distributed by online and directly to the person. The total sample used in this study is 347 respondents who ever flied with Lion Air at least twice from January 2019 to October 2019. The data was tested by using statistical software for validity and reliability and using Structural Equation Model for model fit and hypothesis testing. The findings indicate the factors that influencing customers repurchase intention in using Lion Air. Out of 6 hypotheses there are 4 hypotheses that are has a significant relationship which are service quality towards brand image, service quality towards brand trust, brand image towards brand trust, and brand trust towards repurchase intention. Meanwhile, the rest 2 hypotheses are found to be not significant, which are flight experience towards brand trust and brand image towards repurchase intention. There are many factors why it is rejected, such as price, needs, influence from others, the choice of routes, and frequent flight frequencies. This study is the first study that combine flight experience factor in determining customer repurchase intention in using Lion Air.

This study aims to investigate the relationship between brand heritage, brand trust, brand loyalty, repurchase intention, and brand strength in several paracetamol brands of PT. Oryza Medica Indonesia in the Greater Jakarta area, Indonesia. Data collection was carried out online with the population, namely users of the paracetamol brand PT. Oryza Medica Indonesia, of as many as 138 people. This type of quantitative research method uses SEM-Lisrel analysis. The results of the study show that brand heritage has a positive influence on brand trust. In addition, brand heritage also has a positive influence on brand strength. Furthermore, brand trust has a positive influence on repurchase intentions. However, brand trust does not have a positive effect on brand loyalty. Furthermore, brand trust has a positive influence on repurchase intentions. In addition, it was found that brand strength has a positive influence on brand loyalty. In the context of paracetamol users, this study emphasizes the importance of increasing consumer trust and loyalty to increase repurchase intention by providing insight into the importance of understanding and managing relationships in the context of brand investment by providing products and services that meet customer expectations to strengthen brand positions and maintain market share. strong market.

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of customer perceptions on repurchase intentions, the effect of brand trust on repurchase intentions, the effect of customer perceptions on brand trust, and the role of brand trust in mediating customer perceptions of Samsung smartphone users' repurchase intentions. In this study, residents of Denpasar City who use Samsung smartphones are the samples used with the non-probability sampling method. The number of samples taken as many as 100 people. The analytical techniques used are path analysis, Sobel test and VAF test. This study shows the results that there is a positive and significant relationship between customer perceptions and repurchase intentions, a positive and significant relationship between brand trust and repurchase intentions, a positive and significant relationship between customer perceptions and brand trust. Brand trust acts as a mediating variable between customer perceptions and repurchase intentions.

Online business in Indonesia is growing very rapidly nowadays. Repurchase intention in online business becomes the variable that determines the continuity of online business even to win the competition. Various scientific literature shows several factors that determine the high level of repurchase intentions such as service quality, customer satisfaction and trust. The purpose of this study was to examine the indirect effect of service quality on repurchase intentions mediated by customer satisfaction and brand trust.Sampling method in this research is purposive sampling.The survey was conducted by distributing questionnaires directly to Tokopedia online store customers in Banten. The number of samples 202 customers.Data analysis techniques using Structural Equation Model (SEM) with LISREL software. The SEM estimation results show that the research model used is in accordance with the empirical data that has been collected. The results of this study proves that the quality of service has a positive and significant impact on customer satisfaction. Consumer satisfaction has a positive and significant impact on brand trust. Brand trust has a positive and significant impact on repurchase intentions. This shows the quality of service affecting repurchase intention with double mediation of customer satisfaction, and brand trust.Thus, in order to survive and even win the competition in the online marketplace, every online store should ensure the quality of service, satisfaction and trust of customers in order to encourage or strengthen the intention of repurchasing their customers. This study investigates the relationship between website quality, brand image, brand trust, customer satisfaction, and repurchase intentions. This study specifically looks at the function of customer satisfaction as an influencing factor. The data collection technique in this study was a questionnaire using the Google Form platform which was distributed directly to all Goldmine Coffee Sunrise consumers using a QR Code. Based on a sample of 150 respondents, the results of the direct influence study show that website quality and brand image affect repurchase intentions. On the other hand, direct influence research shows that brand trust and customer satisfaction have no effect on repurchase intentions, and indirect effects show website quality, brand image, and brand trust do not affect repurchase intentions through customer satisfaction. This research supports the theory of consumer behavior and contributes to the marketing management literature by recognizing that website quality and brand image are important in consumer purchasing decisions. This research also contributes to providing a different view of brand trust and customer satisfaction which shows that consumer trust and satisfaction do not always generate an intention to make a repeat purchase.
