Abstract
ABSTRACT The study investigated the effects of Heidelberg Ballschule motor proficiency and visual-motor skills of 7–9 year-old girls. A sample of 30 girls participated in a semi-experimental study, with pre-test and post-test evaluations conducted. The Bruininks-Oseretsky test and the test of visual-motor skills were used to assess motor proficiency and visual-motor skills. Results showed a significant improvement in both motor proficiency and visual-motor skills among the experimental group compared to the control group (p < 0.05). These findings highlight the substantial benefits of Heidelberg Ballschule Games in enhancing girl’s motor proficiency and visual-motor skills. The study recommends incorporating these ball games to promote children’s overall motor and visual development.
