Abstract

The field and angular dependences of the transverse magnetoresistance and the Hall coefficient of tungsten and rhenium single crystals with the resistance ratio up to 100000 were measured at T=4.2K in the magnetic fields up to 150 kOe. The role of the static skin effect in the galvanomagnetic properties of the compensated metals is evaluated through the experiments with tungsten and rhenium.
