Abstract
I am a cadre in a secondary school Communist Youth League. I have some thoughts which I would like to discuss with you a bit in order to obtain some enlightenment and help. I was originally interested in the natural sciences and wanted to study more in that area in order to contribute a little more of my strength for the realization of the four modernizations of our country. However, the leadership thought that it was more suitable for me to be engaged in the work of the League, and has placed me mainly in League positions. of course I have obeyed the Party's assignments. However, ever since I started working there, I have found too many conflicts and contradictions which have caused no end of frustration.
