Abstract
細胞運動や形態形成時には,細胞内部で迅速なアクチン細胞骨格の再編成が引き起こされる.これらの現象の解析にはアクチン細胞骨格関連因子の阻害剤が重宝されているが,その便利さの裏には落とし穴もある.本稿では,最近のフォルミン阻害剤についての知見を紹介し,阻害剤の使用とその解析について注意を喚起したい.
