Abstract
目的 探讨可吸收线张力带在儿童肱骨外髁骨折中的疗效.方法对12例儿童肱骨外髁骨折行可吸收线张力带固定.结果所有患者全部随访8～24个月,临床骨愈合时间为3～4周,肘关节伸屈功能正常,无肘内、外翻畸形.结论此方法简单,内固定可靠,可早期锻炼,疗效满意。
