Abstract

The first experience of planning, development and implementation of electronic courses based on programs of additional professional education of medical workers in the oil and gas industry is presented. An analysis of the feasibility and economic benefits of electronic education in a distance format is conducted. It is shown that for a certain part of the topics of training of medical workers, such a format is preferable. At the same time, conducting electronic education on topics that require constant updating requires a special approach to editing the material, and ways to solve this problem are shown.
