Abstract

Objective To analyse the expression of chemokine CXCR4 in cervical metastatic lymph nodes in patients with gastric carcinoma. Methods Cervical lymph nodes sections of patients with gastric car-einoma and healthy people were immunohistochemically stained using a CXCR4 monoclonal antibody. ResultsThe expression rate of CXCR4 in the experimental group 1 was 98.1%, which was significantly higher than that of experimental group 2 and control group. Conclusions CXCR4 may play an important role in the metas-tasis of gastric carcinoma. Key words: CXCR4; Gastric carcinoma; Lymph nodes metastasis
