Abstract
Public participation has become an important foundation and the first condition in china ecological civilization construction. Therefore, this paper points to analyze the public participation’s significance and constrains in the process of china’s ecological civilization construction, and put forwards some countermeasure and suggestion for improving public participation in ecological civilization construction.
