Abstract
三叉神经痛(trigeminal neuralgia,TGN)和半侧面肌抽搐(hemifacial spasm,HFS)均是神经过度兴奋型疾病,据文献报道TGN年发病率为4.3/10万人[1],HFS年发病率男性为0.74/10万人,女性为0.81/10万人[2].目前国际上对其病因和发病机制的认识趋于集中,随着内镜技术在口腔颌面外科的广泛采用,也为治疗TGN和HFS提供了广阔的前景。
