Abstract

The processes of industrial relations that existed in different periods of development predetermine the emergence of different structures of their gradual transformation, modification and improvement have been investigated. The analysis of the formation of heterogeneity according to the periods of development of mankind has been carried out.It has been proved that taking into account the complexity of the operation of different structures in modern economic conditions, it is necessary to provide the whole complex of conditions for creation of a favorable business climate and its transformation into a system of economic growth. The strategic priorities of the development of organizational and legal forms in the conditions of heterogeneity have been determined.
