Abstract
The energy dependence of the form factors in dilute alloys is investigated and a chice of energy which takes alloying into account is proposed. The results that we obtain give satisfactory agreement with the experimental values of the residual resistivity. The importance of considering the effects due to the d-excited bands in heavy alkali metals is also shown.
