Abstract

Objective To observe the clinical effect of anti-anxiety drugs combined with psychological intervention on the merged depression and anxiety of patients undergoing elective percutaneous coronary intervention in coronary heart disease. Methods The patients with coronary heart disease who were hospitalized continuously in our department and accepted the appointed PCI for the first time with preoperative self-rating anxiety scale more than 50 points from January to December 2015 were selected.These patients were investigated by the self-made questionnaire and were randomly divided into three groups.68 patients in the Medicine Group were treated by the regular coronary drugs combined with the anti-anxiety drugs.73 patients of Psychological-intervention Group were treated with the comprehensive psychological intervention on the basis of the treatment of regular coronary drugs.77 patients were included in the Drug Plus Psychological-intervention Group and the regular coronary drugs, anti-anxiety drugs and psychological intervention were all conducted for the treatment of patients in this group. Three groups were treated for one month.The scores of SAS of the three groups before the operation, 1 week after treatment and 1 month after treatment was compared. Results Logistic regression analysis showed that the independent possible factors of depression and anxiety of coronary heart disease patients with the appointed PCI was younger than 45 years old, unmarried status(divorce included), yearly income less than twenty thousand yuan, illness duration longer than 3 years, need of being inserted more than three stents.There was no statistical significance in terms of the differences of SAS scores before operation among the three groups (P>0.05).1 week after treatment, the SAS scores of three groups were all lower than that before the operation(P 0.05).1 month after treatment, the SAS scores of three groups were all lower than that before the operation(P<0.05), and the results of the multiple comparison showed that there was no statistical significance in terms of the difference between Medicine Group and psychological-intervention Group.While there was statistical significance in terms of the difference between the Medicine-psychological-intervention Group and the other two groups(P<0.01) .The SAS scores of the Medicine-psychological-intervention Group was the lowest. Conclusion The independent possible factors of depression and anxiety of coronary heart disease patients with the appointed PCI is younger than 45 years old, unmarried status(divorce included), yearly income less than twenty thousand yuan, illness duration longer than 3 years, need of being inserted more than three stents.Anti-anxiety drugs combined with psychological intervention can improve the anxiety symptoms and obviously reduce the SAS scores with interventional treatment of coronary heart disease.
