Abstract
Background and Objectives: To evaluate the efficacy of the krypton laser photodynamic therapy (PDT) with hematoporphyrin monomethyl ether (HMME; PsD-007) for the treatment of oral mucosa dysplasia in 7,12-dimethylbenz[a]anthracene (DMBA)-treated hamsters, and study the relationship between the dose of PsD-007 and the effect of PDT.
