Abstract
Objective To investigate the application effect of Orem self-nursing mode in percutaneous nephrolithotomy.Methods One hundred cases of percutaneous nephrolithotomy were divided into the observation group and the control group,the control group was given conventional nursing care,the observation group was given Orem self-care mode based on the control group.Results Postoperative anal exhaust time,pull fistulization time,complications and hospital stay in the observation group were significantly less than those in the control group (P ＜ 0.05).Barthel index,comfort,nursing satisfaction after 7d of the operation in the observation group were significantly higher than those in control group,pain score was significantly lower than that in the control group (P ＜ 0.05).Conclusions Orem selfcare mode could improve the percutaneous nephrolithotomy self-care ability of the patient and family,improve patient's living ability,promote postoperative recovery.
