Abstract
Objective To explore the effect of the nursing intervention under the guidance of high quality nursing service mode on the life quality of patients with spinal surgery.Methods A total of 117 patients with spinal fracture were selected in our hospital from April 2010 to May 20t2 and divided into group A and group B with 54 cases and 63 cases respectively.The patients of group A were treated with perioperative routine nursing.Group B received nursing intervention that was decided according to the idea of high-quality nursing service.The life qualities of two groups were compared.Results The scores of indexes such as somatic health,bodily pain,social function,emotional function,general health and total dimension in the SF-36 scale of group B were higher than those of group A.Conclusion the nursing intervention under the guidance of high-quality nursing service mode can obviously improve the life quality of patients and the prognosis.
