Abstract

The investigation on some properties of electrochemically deposited copper powders from copper sulphate - sulphuric acid has been performed. Relations between conditions of electrolysis of powder storage, apparent density as well as hydrodynamic regime, temperature and deposition time are established. It is shown unambiguously that apparent density depends on conditions of powder production as well as of duration of electrodeposition;it increased on decreasing of working current density and with increasing of copper ion concentration, temperature, electrolyte circulation rate and brush down interval.
