Abstract

The synthesis was carried out and the properties of the crosslinked polyelectrolytes based on methacrylic acid (MAC) and N, N ′-hexamethylenedimethacrylamide (HMDM) copolymerization in presence of the various thermodynamic quality solvents and their water solutions were investigated. The effect of solvent nature and its concentration in water during copolymerization upon structure and properties of reticular polyelectrolytes was evaluated. It was shown that MAC and HMDM copolymerization in water–organic medium (15–25%) results in formation of heteroreticular structure polyelectrolytes which was characterized by high permeability in swelling state and high capacity of biologically active compounds reversible sorption.
