Abstract

Objective To explore the effect of nursing intervention under the guidance of high-quality nursing service model on patients with anal itching treated with red light.Methods According whether implementing high-quality nursing service or not,from 2010May to 2012 June in our hospital 88 patients with anal itching were divided into control group and observation group.Two groups were compared with anxiety and depression,basic nursing qualification rate and patients satisfaction with nursing service.Results After 3 weeks,the standard score of anxiety and depression of the patients in the observation group was significantly lower than that of control group,there was significant difference (P < 0.05),in the observation group based nursing qualification rate and patients'satisfaction with nursing service were significantly higher than those in the control group,there were significant differences (P < 0.05).Conclusion High-quality care activities can obviously improve the anxiety and depression emotion of patients with anal itching treated with red light,the quality of basic nursing qualification rate and patients' satisfaction with nursing service.
