Abstract

The proximity effect in superconductive composites has been analysed. The change of superconducting characteristics in the superconductor-normal matrix system depending on the distance to the phase boundary was established. A wide range of temperatures and parameters of matrix materials and superconducting inclusions was considered. It has been shown that the increase in the coefficient of electron diffusion in the non-superconducting region near the NS boundary results in amplification of the superconductivity depression in the superconducting elements of the composite. At the same time the decrease in diffusion coefficient in the normal region favours the amplification of the superconductor effect on the non-superconducting region.
