Abstract

Objective: GnRHs play a key role in the regulation of placental hCG synthesis and secretion. We investigated the secretion pattern of hCG, P4 and E2 in our organ culture system and compared the effects of GnRH-I and -II on hormonal release from placental explants during first and second trimester.
