Abstract

On a examine les effets histologiques de differentes solutions utilisees pour le lavage quotidien de la bulle tympanique de cobayes par un tube aerateur Per-Lee. On n'a pas observe de grandes differences entre l'eau de mer et l'eau de piscine. L'eau de bain, conservee a la temperature ambiante et ainsi plus facilement infectee, a provoque une reponse de la bulle plus accusee en frequence et degre d'inflammation
