This study aims to investigate the impact online learning policy, issued Ministry of Education and Culture Republic of Indonesia, followed Rector of Cendrawasih University and Dean of Faculty of Social and Political Sciences. Policy impact drops semester grades students from seven program studies in Faculty of Social and Political Sciences: Governance Science, Public Administration, Business Administration, International Relations, Anthropology, Welfare, and Library. To analyze problem, Merilee S. Grindle’s policy theory was used. Qualitative research method. The study was conducted in Faculty of Social and Political Sciences of Cenderawasih University year 2020-2021. Study involves 20 respondents: 8 are lecturers of Faculty of Social and Political Sciences and 12 are students of Faculty of Social and Political Sciences. Qualitative analyzed method was used; data collection methods interview, observation, documentation have been analyzed according to the reality. The result shows that the second semester grades of students of batch 2021 drastically drop due to internet trouble, unavailable facilities, infrastructures, and server building for Wi-Fi in Faculty of Social and Political Sciences, Cenderawasih University, districts in Papua Province, and districts in West Papua Province. Recommendation for Dean of Faculty of Social and Political Sciences of Cenderawasih University, Rector of Cenderawasih University, Ministry of Education and Culture Republic of Indonesia is to allow face to face learning with number of students grouped into several daily shifts and good implementation of covid-19 health protocols in Faculty of Social and Political Sciences of Cenderawasih University.

This study is intended to analyze the effect of correspondence management with manual disposition on the performance of administrative services at the Faculty of Social and Political Sciences, Universitas Negeri Semarang. The focus of the study is on correspondence management and instructions on manual disposition sheets implemented at Faculty of Social and Political Sciences, Universitas Negeri Semarang. The urgency of this study is to be able to identify and overcome problems related to correspondence management with instructions on manual disposition sheets in administrative services at Faculty of Social and Political Sciences, Universitas Negeri Semarang. This study uses a quantitative approach by testing the formulated hypothesis. The data used in this study are primary data obtained from a survey by distributing questionnaires to all administrative employees at Faculty of Social and Political Sciences, Universitas Negeri Semarang. Determination of the sample based on Hair's suggestion, namely, 5-10 times the number of research indicators (Hair, 2009). In this study there are 11 indicators, so in this study the sample used was 55 people. The results of the study indicate that correspondence management with manual disposition has an impact on the performance of administrative services at the Faculty of Social and Political Sciences, Universitas Negeri Semarang, namely the better the correspondence management with manual disposition applied, the performance of administrative services at the Faculty of Social and Political Sciences, Universitas Negeri Semarang will also increase. Conversely, if the worse the correspondence management with manual disposition applied, the performance of administrative services at the Faculty of Social and Political Sciences, Universitas Negeri Semarang will also decrease

This study entitled The Role of Libraries in Improving the Reading Culture of Students in the State Administration Study Program, Faculty of Social and Political Sciences, Sang Bumi Ruwa Jurai University aims to determine the role of libraries which consists of four components, namely librarians, collections, management and spatial management. in improving the reading culture of students in the State Administration Study Program, Faculty of Social and Political Sciences, Sang Bumi Ruwa Jurai University. This research uses a descriptive method. The data collection technique used is by distributing questionnaires, interviews, observations and literature studies. The results of the research can be said that the librarian in the library of the State Administration Study Program, Faculty of Social and Political Sciences, Sang Bumi Ruwa Jurai University has a role in increasing the reading culture of students, collections in the library of the State Administration Study Program, Faculty of Social and Political Sciences, Sang Bumi University. Ruwa Jurai has a role in increasing students' reading culture, library management in the library of the State Administration Science Study Program, Faculty of Social and Political Sciences, Sang Bumi University. Ruwa Jurai has a role in increasing students' reading habit, and the layout of the library in the Administrative Sciences Study Program library. Ergonomics studies in the Reading Room of the Faculty of Social and Political Sciences, Bengkulu University need to be carried out so that users feel comfortable in the library. The aims of this research is to examine the application of ergonomics concepts to the facilities and infrastructure of the Reading Room, Faculty of Social and Political Sciences, Bengkulu University, which include bookshelves, reading tables, reading chairs, lighting, temperature and humidity. This research was conducted using quantitative research methods with a survey approach. Data collection techniques by distributing questionnaires to 183 respondents using the Ergonomic Function Deployment (EFD) method based on ergonomic aspects: effective, comfortable, safe, healthy, and efficient. The results showed that the respondents' assessment of the facilities and infrastructure of the FISIP UNIB Reading Room was as follows (1) bookshelf 82% (good); (2) reading table 72.6% (good); (3) reading chair 70.8% (good); (4) lighting level of 58% (sufficient); (5) temperature and humidity 58% (enough). The conclusion in this study is that in the Reading Room of the Faculty of Social and Political Sciences, Bengkulu University, it is not optimal in applying the ergonomic concept. The Reading Room of the Faculty of Social and Political Sciences, University of Bengkulu needs to pay attention to the maximum application of ergonomics so that it can provide comfort for users visiting the library.

This research discusses the influence of the participation of students from the Faculty of Social and Political Sciences, Sumbawa Technology University in organizations on critical thinking patterns. The problem formulation that will be discussed in this research is the role of participation in organizations in changing the critical thinking patterns of students at the Faculty of Social and Political Sciences. This research aims to determine the role of participation in organizations on changes in the critical thinking patterns of students at the Faculty of Social and Political Sciences. This research uses a descriptive qualitative research method, namely describing the data as it is and explaining the data or events with qualitative explanatory statements to obtain in-depth information, as well as data that contains significant meaning and can influence the research object. This research produced several results. Students get the opportunity to develop thinking patterns, analytical thinking skills, as well as communication and negotiation skills. The participation of students from the Faculty of Social and Political Sciences in student organizations that encourage debate and discussion activities provides important benefits. These discussions and debates train students in critical thinking, develop communication skills, and convey opinions clearly and persuasively.

Self disclosure is one of the keys to success of interpersonal communication. Because in self disclosure, communicators will express some things about themselves to the communicant. In this case, some of the students of the Communication Sciences of the Faculty of Social and Political Sciences of the University of Muhammadiyah Jember expressed themselves through the Instagram Story application feature, which Instagram is a social media which is a public space and can be seen and accessed by many people. Therefore, it is necessary to know how to use Instagram Story and how self disclosure is carried out through the Instagram Story application feature among students of the Communication Studies Program at the Faculty of Social and Political Sciences at Muhammadiyah Jember University. The focus of this study was to find out how self-disclosure was carried out by students of the Communication Sciences Faculty of Social and Political Sciences, University of Muhammadiyah Jember. To describe the focus of the study, the research method used in this study is descriptive qualitative, with data collection methods in the form of interviews with several 2015 Communication Studies students, class 2016, batch 2017, and batch 2018. The technique for determining the data sources that researchers use is snowball sampling, where the researcher chooses one Communication Science student who will be the key informant to then provide instructions, who are the informants from the Communication Science students who are competent to provide data. The results obtained from this study are the first, students of the Faculty of Social Sciences and Political Science Communication Study Program at Muhammadiyah Jember University always use Instagram Story every day. Some of them even share content every day to Instagram Story, some only open their accounts every day to see posts from their friends without sharing content to Instagram Story. Second, self disclosure carried out by students of the Faculty of Social Sciences and Political Sciences Communication University of Muhammadiyah Jember is 1) Open Area, 2) Blind Area, 3) Hidden Area, 3) Unknown Area. Open areas and hidden areas are the areas most frequently carried out by informants in this study, almost all informants were included in the area. In the blind area there were only a few informants, and in unknown areas none was included, because in this area it was explained that there was information about informants that were not known to informants and even other people through Instagram Story. To explore this area, intense and intimate interactions can be carried out. However, this does not apply to self-disclosure through Instagram Story, because Instagram Story is a public space that can be seen anytime by anyone. Background of the study: The spread of COVID-19 has an impact on libraries so that services are adjusted. Purposes: This paper aims to share library service activities at the Faculty of Social and Political Sciences, Faculty of Psychology, Faculty of Biology and Faculty of Agriculture during the COVID-19 pandemic. This paper describes the state of the library since its closure in March 2020. In addition, this paper provides details on how libraries adapt to online services. Method: This paper describes the various library services at Gadjah Mada University at the Faculty of Social and Political Sciences, Faculty of Psychology, Faculty of Biology and Faculties Agriculture during the COVID-19 pandemic. This research uses a qualitative approach with the type of case study research. Data collection was carried out through interviews with 8 librarians and from web pages and social media from four libraries. Findings: Four faculty libraries at UGM have undergone online service transformation and implemented the COVID-19 health protocol. Libraries in the faculty of Political Science and Faculty of Psychology serve online. while libraries in the faculty of biology and faculty of agriculture have physically opened services Conclusion: Libraries have undergone a transformation during the COVID-19 pandemic by relying on online services and implementing health protocol.

Universitas Pembangunan Nasional “Veteran” Jawa Timur is a state university with 8 Faculties, namely the Faculty of Agriculture, Faculty of Engineering & Science, Faculty of Economics & Business, Faculty of Social Sciences & Cultural Sciences, Faculty of Architecture & Design, Faculty of Law, Faculty of Computer Science and Faculty of Medicine with 44 study programs. Each study program has at least 1 laboratory, some study programs have 3 to 4 laboratories. This study aims to develop a campus tour program with an educational tourism concept to support the short-term plan of UPN “Veteran” Jawa Timur as a PTN-BH. PTN-BH is a university established by the government with the status of a public legal entity and is given autonomous rights. PTN-BH is encouraged to have a business line in supporting campus operational activities, in addition, the campus tour program is targeted at high school, vocational school students, and Micro and small medium enterprises to promote UPN “Veteran” Jawa Timur. This study uses a qualitative approach method with primary data collection techniques through field observations and interviews with laboratory managers with a focus on the Faculty of Social and Political Sciences, Faculty of Agriculture, and Faculty of Architecture & Design. Data management is processed using descriptive analysis techniques. The results show the potential attractiveness of educational tourism in the Faculty of Social and Political Sciences, Faculty of Agriculture, and Faculty of Architecture & Design, namely the Tourism Laboratory, Tax Center Laboratory, Digital Media Laboratory, Agribusiness Laboratory, and Printing & Illustration Laboratory. There needs to be a collaboration between the academics for the management plan scheme.

Service is considered satisfactory if it can meet the expectations of its customers . This study aims to menganilisis criterion Community Satisfaction Index ( HPI ) is Procedures , Service Requirements , Clarity Services Officer , Disciplinary Services Officer , Services Officer Responsibilities , Capabilities Services Officer , Service Speed , Obtain Justice Service, politeness and hospitality Officer , Fairness Care Costs , Cost Assurance Services , Assurance Services Schedule , Leisure Environment , and Security service to customer satisfaction , menganilisis level of customer satisfaction in terms of the gap between the service user with the officer 's performance against the quality of library services in the Social and Political Science Faculty , Diponegoro University and explain the strengths and weaknesses service element in the fourteenth measurement criteria in the dimensions of service quality perceptions of customers . This study uses a quantitative approach to quantitative deskripstif . The subjects of the study were 150 library patrons correspondent Social and Political Science Faculty , Diponegoro University that using simple random technique . The technique used is the analysis of the value of HPI ( Customer Satisfaction Index ) . The results showed that not all elements can work well to serve customers ( visitors ) library and the social sciences faculty of political science, Diponegoro University. The results of the data analysis of the fourteenth criteria tested, there is one element that is rated poor service schedule with the certainty of the value 2.36 of the service element, with a weight of 0.071 and the results is 0.016756. The results of the analysis with diagrams Kartisius Assessment Implementation and Assessment Interests Library Social and Political Science Faculty, Diponegoro University shows that discipline and speed of service personnel affect service user satisfaction. Although the results of the assessment of SMEs assessed that the performance of library services and the Social and Political Science Faculty,, Diponegoro University was good , with a 68.40 index.

Universitas Terbuka (UT) in Indonesia provides a number of tutorial services to its students. The models of tutorial services are correspondence and face-to-face tutorials, tutorials through radio, written tutorials through internet, and written tutorials through the integration of fax-internet. Some of those models use the internet, such as the online tutorial. To improve the student's knowledge, UT also provides online assessment (OA). One of the intentions of online assessment is to help student to practice their ability in answering the final examination. At first, online assessment was called self-test. The self-test gives 15% contribution to the final scores. UT has provided online assessment since 2007. The online assessment could be accessed at http://student.ut.ac.id.The online assessment doesn't give a score or contribution to the final score. At this time, UT has uploaded 457 subjects of online assessment from 862 subjects at all faculties, or 53,02%. The Faculty of Teaching and Educational Studies has 247 OA, Faculty of Economics has 54 OA, Faculty of Social and Political Science has 57 OA, and Faculty of Mathematics and Natural Science has 99 OA. This study is to evaluate student activities and the development of the subject in online assessment. Results showed that in the second period of 2008, the Faculty of Teaching and Educational Studies has uploaded 185 OA, the Faculty of Economics has uploaded 51 OA, the Faculty of Social and Political Science has uploaded 24 OA, and the Faculty of Mathematics and Natural Science has uploaded 77 OA. From the information we could observe the development of the online assessment from year 2008 until the first period of 2009. The faculties have the online assessment target until the first period of 2009. The data show that in 2009, the Faculty of Economics targeted 53 of the subject has OA, while the Faculty of Social and Political Science has 124 OA, the Faculty of Teaching and Educational Studies targeted 195 OA, and the Faculty of Mathematics and Natural Science targeted 101 OA. Universitas Terbuka (UT) with an open and distance learning system, provides an alternative study program for students with inexpensive cost. The information and communication technology facilitates students to study trough the internet. But only 3 or 4 %of the students take this opportunity.

This study aims to determine the use of the Learning Management System (LMS) as a medium of learning communication between students and lecturers at the Faculty of Social and Political Sciences, Tadulako University. This research is based on a qualitative descriptive method approach which aims to be used to provide an overview and describe the entire object under study in accordance with the data obtained. Data collection techniques were carried out by means of in-depth interview observations and documentation. The informants in this study were four (6) people. The data analysis technique used is based on the guidelines for the steps of qualitative research data analysis, namely data reduction, data presentation and drawing conclusions.Based on the results of research LMS as a medium of learning communication between students and lecturers at the Faculty of Social and Political Sciences, Tadulako University. The site offers various features so that it can support learning within the Faculty of Social and Political Sciences, Tadulako University. The site is very easy to access anywhere and can even be accessed using a handphone. In addition to the advantages in terms of ease of accessing this web, it can be accessed anywhere, another advantage obtained by students is the advantage from an economic point of view, where the student feels that learning through this site saves more on quota usage compared to learning using other online applications.
