Abstract

During the COVID-19 pandemic, home fitness has become the main way of people's life for physical exercise in China. National fitness is directly related to the people's health and quality of life, and this is the most concerned, the most direct and the most practical interests of the Chinese people. In the post-epidemic era, people pay more attention to their "healthy life", "fitness life" and "sports life".How to effectively guarantee the sustainable development of home fitness in the post-epidemic era and promote the integration of home fitness and the Internet is also an important aspect of the development of social mass sports. However, the development of home fitness needs the support of people, intermediary and technology.Therefore, there are five mainly ways to the sustainable development of home fitness that can be ensured by enhancing the awareness of home fitness, making scientific and effective fitness plans, promoting the integrated development of family sports culture and home fitness, strengthening the publicity of scientific knowledge of home fitness, and promoting the in-depth integration of "Internet +" home fitness.
