Abstract
We study the theory of isomonodromic deformation for the second order linear differential equations on the Riemann sphere and show that the deformation equations are written in the form of Hamiltonian system completely integrable in the sense of Frobenius. We also obtain from them the Hamiltonian systems with the polynomials Hamiltonians.
