Abstract
With Traditional research methods, television is treated as a media or remained in cultural studies. And TV-cultural production and consumption in digital era has been qualitative changed, it’s rooted in the intrinsic logic of development of TV culture. This article based on TV art ontology, the "formula" theory of television, looked into the new features of TV-cultural production and consumption. To illustrate the inner rules of TV-cultural production and consumption in digital era, the article is divided into three parts: the discipline of "formula" in the communication of TV-culture, the negotiation between the consumers of TV culture and the "formula", the new changes of "formula" in digital era.
