The current status of body donation in China and the influences of traditional culture: A systematic review.
China's current body donation landscape remains challenging, with traditional cultural factors such as values and religious beliefs widely regarded as significant influencers. However, the specific cultural factors at play remain unclear. This systematic review aims to comprehensively synthesize the factors within traditional Chinese culture that affect willingness to donate. Following the PRISMA guideline, two researchers systematically searched ten databases based on the predefined search strategy from the establishment to August 2025, including PubMed, Embase, Web of Science, Scopus, Medline, ScienceDirect, China Biology Medicine (CBM/Sinomed), VIP Full-text Database, Wanfang Data Knowledge Service Platform, and China National Knowledge Infrastructure (CNKI). Sixteen relevant articles were retained for analysis after evaluating 2106 articles. The included studies encompassed 14,556 participants. Using content analysis based on the theory of cultural stratification, the study summarized 12 culturally related factors: spiritual culture (body perspective, death perspective, life perspective, values perspective, filial piety, social opinion); institutional culture (funeral rites, commemorative ceremonies, donation procedures, legal); and material culture (monuments and memorials, reception institutions). Overall, Chinese body donation was impeded by numerous obstacles that are not mutually independent. Measures should be taken including systematically integrating death education into the national curriculum, establishing a comprehensive donation system, advancing the development of material culture, and leveraging media and digital technologies to promote the sustainable and healthy development of modern medicine.

With the rise of new media and under the influence of the trend of fan culture, the excellent Chinese traditional history and culture has also attracted extensive attention. This phenomenon reflects that some platforms treat Chinese traditional culture in the way of entertainment, relaxation and consumption, which causes damage to the history and tradition of Chinese traditional culture and affects its normal publicity and education. The rise of new media has enabled Chinese traditional history and culture to be widely spread, and also gave birth to the prosperity of fan culture. This phenomenon not only makes people misunderstand the cognition of traditional culture, but also makes some teenagers despise and alienate the history and tradition. This paper deeply studies the phenomenon of “enclosure” of fans to Chinese traditional history and culture, and puts forward the countermeasures of propaganda and education, which provides certain reference significance for future related research.

Seeking the integration and innovation of traditional culture and modern technology, through the digital innovation and design research of traditional Chinese culture, the traditional Chinese ancient painting art and contemporary digital technology will go from parallel to active intersection and construct a new era from traditional Chinese culture: expressive form and symbol novelty. While realizing the creative concept design of contemporary Chinese traditional culture, the establishment of an infrared interactive projection system has been completed, and innovations have been made to meet the interactive projection requirements of traditional Chinese traditional culture for complicated technologies such as separation of pen touch points from background images and target tracking of pen touch points, with the breakthrough. They combined interactive projection technology with traditional Chinese culture for re-creation and re-expression, breaking through the inertial cognition of traditional Chinese culture with vision as the main body, emphasizing the correlation between hearing and traditional Chinese culture, and realizing conceptual innovation by designers and architectural designers. Technical personnel cooperate and communicate across borders and finally complete the multi-sensory new experience of digital art expression, providing a new way for digital innovation of traditional art.

With the accelerated development of economic globalization and the international integration of cultural information, the cultures of various countries, especially the traditional culture, are constantly displayed to the world. For the Chinese youth in the new era, how to renew the identification of the excellent traditional Chinese culture and view the foreign culture correctly is the key topic that the Chinese society needs to pay close attention to at the present stage. Due to the impact of market economy, multiple values and the network, college students lack the cognition of the existence of excellent traditional culture, weaken the cognition, and deviate from the knowledge and practice. For the teaching of traditional Chinese culture in universities, fully utilizing existing resources for innovation is crucial to its teaching effectiveness. Hence, this study advocates for the utilization of information technology and the flipped classroom methodology in university-level traditional Chinese culture education. By thoroughly examining the fundamental goals of teaching traditional Chinese culture at universities, this paper suggests employing information technology to develop diverse educational scenarios. These scenarios encompass generating cultural contexts, simulating cultural experiences, enhancing interactive exchanges, and broadening the scope of educational materials, all aimed at enriching the pedagogical approach to traditional Chinese culture. In the stage of designing flipped classrooms for traditional Chinese culture teaching in universities, the ARCS theory was introduced. Guided by attention motivation, association motivation, confidence motivation, and satisfaction motivation, research was conducted on course content design, teaching methods and means, learning experience, feedback, and evaluation. Through the integrated application of information technology and flipped classroom strategies, our objective is to diversify the pedagogical approaches for traditional culture. This initiative is designed to boost students' comprehension and learning outcomes regarding traditional culture, foster their enthusiasm and knowledge depth in traditional Chinese cultural studies, and encourage the preservation and evolution of traditional cultural heritage.

In China, the integration of traditional culture into innovation and entrepreneurship education is facing the problems of lack of integration of the essence of local culture and inconsistency of cultural values. There are still some problems in colleges and universities, such as insufficient teachers, lack of sufficient support and good environment for college students' innovation and entrepreneurship, and weak awareness of innovation and enterprise. There is a close relationship between traditional culture and innovative entrepreneurship team, curriculum system and environment. Integrating traditional culture into innovation and entrepreneurship education in colleges and universities can promote the inheritance and innovation of traditional culture, enrich ideas and cultivate spirit of college students' innovation and entrepreneurship. In this regard, in order to better integrate traditional culture into innovation and entrepreneurship education in colleges and universities, this paper puts forward four suggestions: building a new system of "teaching, learning, doing and evaluating", making full use of excellent traditional Chinese culture, enriching the teaching mode of double-creation classroom, exploring the inner spirit of traditional culture, creating a double-creation campus culture ring, and integrating excellent traditional Chinese culture into the construction of innovation and entrepreneurship team.

Chinese civilisation is an important symbol of China's historical development and cultural inheritance, while Chinese excellent traditional culture is an important expression and inheritance way of Chinese civilisation thought. The connotation and characteristics of Chinese civilisation and Chinese excellent traditional culture are studied in depth through literature analysis and comprehensive research methods. It is found that Chinese civilisation is the root and source of Chinese excellent traditional culture, which contains a rich system of ideas, moral values and artistic expressions. The core ideas of Chinese civilisation, such as benevolence, harmony, filial piety and loyalty, are passed on and expressed through Chinese excellent traditional culture. As an important carrier and medium of transmission of the ideas of Chinese civilisation, Chinese outstanding traditional culture has passed on the values and wisdom of Chinese civilisation to future generations through education, cultural exchanges and the promotion of digital technology, and has provided important support for the cultural identity and spiritual pursuit of the Chinese nation. At the same time, the Chinese civilisation's identification with and promotion of Chinese outstanding traditional culture not only strengthens society's sense of identity and pride in traditional culture, but also promotes the inheritance and innovative development of traditional culture. Chinese civilisation and Chinese excellent traditional culture are closely connected and interdependent, together constituting the cultural genes and spiritual symbols of the Chinese nation.

The excellent traditional Chinese culture is a profound and multifaceted domain that boasts an extensive and vibrant historical trajectory. This heritage is endowed with a unique appeal and holds an inexorable fascination for individuals worldwide. As such, the advancement of the "going out" policy in China to reinforce the dissemination of its traditional culture has become one of the paramount strategic pursuits of the country. The emergent technique of short video production presents a new and innovative modality to transform and amalgamate traditional culture into a compelling visual and auditory language, thereby presenting this rich legacy on the short video platform to resonate with audiences overseas. Yet, despite these promising prospects, the international communication of the excellent traditional Chinese culture faces several limitations and imperfections. To address these shortcomings, this paper undertakes a rigorous exploration of the innovative path of short video production, scrutinizing its potential to bolster the dissemination of Chinese traditional culture on a global scale. To this end, this study adopts a tripartite framework, scrutinizing the communication subject, content, and channel of short video production in order to provide a comprehensive and nuanced analysis of the challenges and opportunities that lie ahead. Drawing on theoretical perspectives, empirical evidence, and practical insights, this paper offers novel and instructive guidelines and recommendations to facilitate the international communication of excellent Chinese traditional culture. Ultimately, this research aims to advance the understanding of the potential of short video production in transcending cultural boundaries and promoting the intercultural dialogue that lies at the core of global communication.

As a valuable wealth of the Chinese nation and an important foundation of modern Chinese culture, traditional Chinese culture is not only the core of national culture, but also an important reflection of a country’s cultural soft power. In recent years, with the development of the Internet, short videos have become the mainstream way of information acquisition in China, providing a brand-new opportunity for the promotion of Chinese traditional culture. In this study, a cognitive mediation model was used to explore how college students’ attention to Jieyin short videos affects college students’ access to information and ultimately their attitudes toward traditional Chinese culture. (A total of 412 Chinese college students participated in the questionnaire I designed.) The study found that the frequency and duration of using ShakeMeInfo videos affect the acquisition of information about traditional culture, and the popularity of traditional culture topics affects college students’ identification with traditional culture.
