Abstract

Innovation management theory has been successfully applied in the management and development of many economic and educational organizations. In Vietnam, researchers have been interested in leadership and innovation management in education such as innovating teaching methods and managing teaching activities. The article focuses on analyzing and researching the application of the innovation management theory in assessing student learning outcomes in primary schools in Pho Yen city, Thai Nguyen province according to the management cycle including planning, organizing implementation, directing implementation, inspection and evaluation the effectiveness of applying innovation management theory. Thereby clearly identifying limitations and causes of limitations as a premise for proposing solutions.
