Abstract
In this study, the cul-de-sac fluid to serum hCG ratios in patients with ectopic pregnancy were examined. The cul-de-sac fluid to serum hCG ratios were>1 in 7 patients with ampullary pregnancy, while they were<1 in 3 patients with unruptured isthmic pregnancy. The cul-de-sac fluid to serum hCG ratio may be dependent on the location of the gestational product.
