Abstract
We analyze the evolution and phase transition of Schwarzschild-de Sitter (SdS) spacetime by considering the connections between the black-hole horizon and the cosmological horizon. It is shown that the state equation is different from that of the van der Waals (vdW) system or charged anti-de Sitter black hole. However, when state parameters satisfy certain conditions, there is also a phase transition in SdS system. And the phase transition at the critical point is of second order. Moreover, the study on the evolution of SdS spacetime may help us understand the evolution of the Universe.
