Abstract

It is shown that the cells of sarcoma M-1, ascitic hepatoma of rats, and Ehrlich's ascitic cancer of mice actively concentrate glycine-C14, methionine-S35, tyrosine-C14, and lysine-C14. The uptake of amino acids by tumor cells is 2–8 times higher than the uptake by the liver cells.
