Abstract

In this article, it is established that the subject of the crime, provided in Art. 168 of the Criminal Code of the Republic of Moldova, may not possess the capacity of employer within the meaning of Art. 1 of the Labor Code. It is also argued that the term exploiter is used to perceive the correlation between the crime provided for in Art. 168 of the Criminal Code of the Republic of Moldova, on the one hand, the crimes provided for in Art. 165, 1651, 206 and 2061 of the Criminal Code of the Republic of Moldova, on the other hand.
