Abstract
Objective To explore the clinical effect of Diclofenac Diethylamine Emulgel on preventing mechanical phlebitis after PICC catheterization.Methods A total of 136 patients before PICC catheterization were divided into two groups according to priority.The observation group was used Diclofenac Diethylamine EmulgelInunction 30 minutes before PICC catheterization.Incidence rate of phlebitis was compared after 5 days between two groups.Results Compared with the control group,the incidence rate of mechanical phlebitis was lower significantly in the observation group.Conclusions The Diclofenac Diethylamine Emulgel can effectively prevent the mechanical phlebitis after PICC catheterization.
