Abstract
Objective To study the clinical feature and nursing of chronic cor pulmonale combined with acute myocardial infarction (AMI) patients. Methods The clinical manifestation of chronic cor pulmonale combined with AMI patients (28 cases) and chronic cot pulmonale patients (28 cases) were analyzed. Results The incidence rates of chest tightness and the symptom of gastro - intestinal tract had no significant difference. But the incidence rates of acute heart failure, cardiac shock, continuous arrhythmia, chest pain in chronic cot pulmonale combined with AMI patients were higher than those in chronic cot pulmonale patients. Conclusions Pay more attention to observing the clinical manifestation and symptom of chronic cot pulmonale patiens especially for the occurrence of pninless AMI. Diagnosis and treatment earlier and the correct nursing measures can reduce the mortality effectively. Key words: Chronic cot pulmonale; Myocardial infarction; Observation; Nursing
