Abstract
Isopentenylated xanthones from Brazilian Kielmeyera and Calophyllum species include, besides the known jacareubin (Ia) and osajaxanthone (Ib), the hitherto undescribed 6-dehydroxy-jacareubin (Ic), guanandin (IIa), isoguanandin (III) and dehydrocycloguanandin (XII).
