Abstract

AbstractFree trade zones play an important part in China’s economic development. More improved methods of organization are leading to higher levels of technology transfer. Research, skills, entrepreneurship, and employment are being applied through foreign investments into free trade zones. Cultural benefits arising from such investments should not be underestimated, while benefits for the service sector are playing an increasingly important role.
