Abstract

Considered in this paper issues are related to the development of a variety of topics of medical information systems. This topic is relevant in connection with the continuing need to improve healthcare. In addition, modern world trends in the development of medical information systems add some relevance to this work. The authors propose the concept of developing a medical information system using a portable system of long cardiac monitoring. This is a heart monitor ECG recorder and software for computer processing and visualization. The further development of medical information systems for the functional status analysis of the body involves solving a number of scientific and practical problems. The solution of these problems is described in this paper. Among them there is a problem of the conceptual design of the structure, content and cross-media interactions of the system, the task of processing and analysis of biomedical signals and data to support decision-making tasks. The authors describe a set of issues. The solution of each particular issue involves new publications preparing.
