This study investigates how Word of Mouth, service quality, and brand image influence B2B customer loyalty at As-Syifaa Pharmacy in Majalengka, with customer satisfaction acting as a mediating variable. A quantitative approach was applied using the SEM-PLS method, drawing on data from 300 purposively selected customers. The analysis included measurement of validity and reliability, followed by structural model testing to identify both direct and indirect relationships among variables. The findings reveal that Word of Mouth, service quality, and brand image each play a meaningful role in enhancing customer satisfaction, which in turn becomes the strongest predictor of customer loyalty. Satisfaction was also found to mediate the effects of the three antecedent variables, either fully or partially, highlighting its central role in shaping long-term business relationships. These results indicate that building B2B customer loyalty requires more than consistent operational performance; it also depends on maintaining a credible brand reputation and fostering positive relational communication within the business network. Based on these insights, the study recommends strengthening service standards, reinforcing brand consistency, and managing interpersonal communication to support sustainable loyalty among B2B partners.

This study aims to analyze the effect of service quality, price fairness, customer satisfaction, and trust on customer loyalty, with brand image as a moderating variable, on low-cost carrier (LCC) airlines in Indonesia. The LCC industry faces tough challenges, with fluctuations in demand and the need to keep prices affordable without sacrificing service quality. Therefore, price fairness and brand image are key in increasing customer satisfaction, trust and loyalty. This study uses a quantitative approach with descriptive and causal designs, and a structured survey of LCC airline customers. Data were analyzed using PLS-SEM (Partial Least Squares Structural Equation Modeling), which includes service quality dimensions (reliability, tangible, assurance, empathy), price fairness, customer satisfaction, trust, and its effect on customer loyalty. The results showed that service quality has a positive effect on price fairness and customer satisfaction, but not directly on customer loyalty. Price fairness proves to be important to encourage customer satisfaction and customer loyalty, while customer satisfaction acts as a mediator in the relationship, and has a direct effect on trust and customer loyalty. Trust contributes significantly to building customer loyalty. However, brand image does not moderate the relationship between service quality and price fairness, suggesting that LCC customers' decisions are based more on functional evaluation. The findings make theoretical and practical contributions to improving service quality and creating a satisfying customer experience.

The Islamic banking sector in Indonesia, especially after the merger of Bank Syariah Indonesia (BSI) in 2021, has shown tremendous growth. However, maintaining customer loyalty remains a significant challenge in this competitive landscape, with various factors potentially affecting customer retention in Islamic banking. This study investigates the relationship between service quality, customer experience, and brand image on customer loyalty at BSI KCP Mojokerto Gajah Mada, with customer satisfaction as a mediating variable. This study uses a quantitative approach using a structured questionnaire distributed to 110 customers selected through purposive sampling. Data analysis was conducted using Partial Least Square Structural Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM) to test the direct relationship and mediation effects. The study findings reveal that service quality and brand image directly affect customer loyalty, while customer experience requires the mediation of customer satisfaction to affect loyalty. In particular, service quality is negatively correlated with loyalty when mediated through satisfaction. Customer satisfaction effectively mediates the relationship between brand image and loyalty as well as between customer experience and loyalty. This study demonstrates the complex nature of customer loyalty formation in Islamic banking, suggesting that banks should focus on maintaining consistent service quality while building a strong brand image and positive customer experiences.
