Abstract
Narrative pedagogy achieves the purpose of education and research by narrating, explaining and reconstructing the stories and experiences of teachers and students. In the teaching of social work, rational use of narrative pedagogy means such as material display and discussion, situation simulation and role playing, writing and rewriting reflective journals, which can help students intuitively understand the humanistic background of the disadvantaged groups from the stories, and effectively improve students' empathy and professional quality.
