Abstract

Dual AC source switching technology is one of the key technologies to ensure power supply for important loads. In the process of switching, two power supplies often have asynchronous characteristics, so zero-second switching will impact the load, interfere with its normal operation and even burn down. On the contrary, too long switching time will cause the load to shut down with the unimaginable consequences. For this reason, the special load electric energy index is used as a constraint condition in this paper, UPS is regarded as the main body of research. It analyzes the security of dual AC power supply switching, conducts in-depth research on voltage waveform abrupt change and power abrupt change during double AC power supply switching, and puts forward the safe switching strategy of dual AC source switching time domain minimum limit value and maximum limit value. By comparing the data before and after the adoption of the dual AC source safe switching strategy. It is proved that the power supply index using the safe switching strategy has significantly improved.
