Abstract

The article analyses the relationship between the general emotional orientation type according to B. I. Dodonov’s theory and a set of value orientations according to the Rokeach Value Survey. The conducted research refuted the hypothesis that the type of general emotional orientation of a person presupposes a specific set of terminal and instrumental value orientations.
