Abstract

The intense competition between companies in Indonesia in getting the opportunity to become one of the suppliers of multinational companies requires extra value in showing the ability and quality of the company. Many companies don’t know the quality and capabilities to compete. PT. XYZ, which has become one of the suppliers in the largest automotive company in Indonesia, also has a similar problem, we found that the company uses performance measurement which is not quite accurate in knowing the actual condition of the company. In this research, we know that performance prism is the right performance measurement for the company, this makes it easier for the company to know which parts need to be fixed immediately to achieve the predetermined targets.
