Abstract
Objectives: Describe the current status of continuous training (LTD) and factors affecting LT at Cho Ray Hospital, Ho Chi Minh City (HCMC) in the period 2019-2020. Research method: cross-sectional description on 125 nurses Department of medical examination, collection of reports on LC in the period of 2019-2020 at Cho Ray Hospital, Ho Chi Minh City. Ho Chi Minh City from March to May 2021. Data collection method is direct interview by questionnaire. The percentage of nurses who achieved 48 hours of LTD from 2019-2020 was 26.4%. The work of LT is mainly specialized and organized at the hospital, accounting for 2019 (95.3%), 2020 (93.4%); in the form of training in 2019 (55.7%), 2020 (78.8%); the time is mainly under 02 days in 2019 (89.0%), 2020 (92.1%); The teaching staff are mainly from hospitals in 2019 accounting for 57.6%, in 2020 it is 60.7%. The percentage of nurses who achieved 48 hours of LTD in 2 years 2019-2020 is still low, participating mainly at the hospital in the form of training and training.
